Proof, not a claim.
TEXNIC® has never used the word "sustainable" lightly. Instead, we've chosen to prove it through the structu of our technology and the numbers behind it.
The Mitigation Validation Report recently published by Climate KIC is the result of that principle.

What Climate KIC verified
Climate KIC is an EU-based climate innovation institute that independently verifies whether a startup's technology genuinely contributes to greenhouse gas reduction, using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology.
TEXNIC® PE Yarn received a <High Impact> rating in this validation.
This isn't a claim we're making. It's a conclusion a third-party institution reached after examining the data directly.

The impact, in numbers
Here's what the validation found.
TEXNIC® PE Yarn produces about 22% less carbon than conventional yarn made in the same quantity. Because our raw material is battery separator waste rather than newly extracted material, almost no carbon is generated at the material-extraction stage.
At our current production scale, that difference adds up to roughly 2,080 tonnes of avoided CO2 emissions per year. (This is a conservative figure, discounted for plausibility and confirmed directly by the validating institution.)
Over five years, that totals 10,399 tonnes — equivalent to taking about 1,150 gasoline-powered cars off the road for a full year.
What this validation means
For TEXNIC®, this isn't a new result. It's confirmation. We designed sustainability into the structure of our technology from the start, and this report shows that structure holds up in the numbers, too.
Instead of explaining recycling in words, we answer with verified numbers. TEXNIC® will keep it that way.
